I simply had to include this maker - just because he has such a delightful name!  He entered his mark as a small-worker on 19th November 1787.  These silver sugar tongs are dated 1803 and are plain with a heavy double thread edge.  As is usual with any maker whose name begins with "I" - it is open to debate whether this is actually his work.
