Antique Georgian silver sugar tongs

John Foster II entered his first mark as a small-worker on 14th February 1778.  It is presumed that he had died by 10th June 1795 when Hannah Foster entered a mark.  She was presumably his widow.  These tongs are dated 1794.  They are a lovely pair of flared bright cut sugar tongs.  As ever the maker's mark is open to debate.  It is a very clear mark but still unclear whose it is.
