Robert Peppin registered his first mark on 15^th December 1817 as a spoon-maker.  He registered several other marks up to 11^th September 1829.  Some of his marks have a pellet between, others are without.  Given the date of his work, we would expect to see mostly plain tongs.  He was not a very prolific maker.
